The Wine Routes of Herzegovina

After breakfast, you saddle up for a 2-hour woodland ride, return for lunch at the ranch, then head into Sarajevo for a 2-hour walking tour and boutique winery tasting. You end the day back at the ranch.

Ride 3 to 4 hours across the Blidinje Nature Park, cantering along the lake shore and enjoying a picnic lunch. In the afternoon, you visit a local winery for tasting before settling into a nearby mountain lodge.

You drive to Cincar Mountain and ride 5 to 6 hours through the Krug plateau, observing wild herds at a safe distance. In the evening, you dine on river-fresh trout and local cheese at a village house.

Ride 3 to 4 hours through the Livno karst plain to Buško Lake, following the Sturba River and stopping for a BBQ trout picnic. Return to the ranch via a family-run vineyard for a Sauvignon Blanc tasting.

After breakfast, you ride 5 hours along mountain trails and shallow river crossings to the Lepenica, where you can enjoy a grilled fish lunch. In the late afternoon, you are treated to a spa session and massage before a gala farewell dinner.
