All independent guides undergo a comprehensive assessment based on the following criteria:

• Identity verification is performed by our partner Digital Security Technologies LLC (Sumsub): personal data processing operator;
• formal screening (checking legal entities, questionnaires);
• Media space check (social networks, customer reviews, recommendations from partners, representation in the online space, etc.);
• Expert assessment (interview, qualification check, clarification of travel safety issues);
• Our emotional assessment (we evaluate tours based on whether we would send our own relatives on such trips).

The final decision on admitting tour experts to list their tours on the Balkan Tours Club platform is subjective. We work daily to ensure that our tourists' trips are both unforgettable and safe, so we carefully vet all tour providers.

After each trip, we collect feedback from participants to monitor the quality of the providers. If we receive negative reviews, the provider can be permanently removed from the platform.
