This initial experience sparked my enthusiasm for the industry and led me to take on new challenges. I went on to work as a cruise manager with prestigious companies like Viking and Ama Waterways, where I honed my skills in customer service, logistics, and adventure planning over the span of five years. Upon returning to my hometown, I felt a strong desire to create something of my own. This ambition resulted in the establishment of my own tour operator agency and destination management company (DMC).
