Route details

Day 1
From Capital Pulse to Danube Horizons

Arrive in Bucharest and begin your journey as the urban rhythm slowly dissolves into open landscapes and sea air. Step into your vehicle and let go of the city as you set off toward the wild edges of Romania.

Drive along the Black Sea coast and watch the scenery transform from modern life to timeless horizons. Stop and explore Histria, the oldest settlement in the country, and walk through the ruins of a former Greek colony where history still breathes through stone.

Continue your route through quiet fishing villages and coastal wetlands, feeling the vastness of Dobrogea unfold around you. Arrive in Enisala, where the silhouette of the fortress rises above rolling land and water.

Climb toward the medieval ruins and watch the sun sink over lakes and steppe, painting the sky in deep gold and red tones. Pause, breathe, and take in the silence of a landscape shaped by centuries of wind and water.
