The experience unfolds at a countryside apiary in Romania, where visitors are introduced to the world of traditional beekeeping. Together with the beekeeper, you will explore how a hive is organized, observe the activity of bees up close, and gain insight into the methods used to collect honey. During the visit, guests also enjoy a pause for a traditional Romanian meal prepared with ecological ingredients, followed by a tasting of honey-based specialties.

1. Introduction to Beekeeping
Meet a local beekeeper and learn about the basics of traditional beekeeping. Observe bee behavior and discover how bees interact within the hive.

2. Beehive and Honey Harvesting Demonstration
Visit the apiary to see how a beehive functions and how honey is collected. The beekeeper will demonstrate the harvesting process and explain the tools and techniques used in honey production.

3. Traditional Romanian Lunch
Stop for a relaxed lunch featuring traditional Romanian dishes prepared from locally sourced ecological products.

4. Honey Tasting
End the visit with a tasting of different honeybee products, served as a dessert.

Depending on weather conditions and the beekeeper’s schedule, short stops may be made along the route to enjoy the surrounding landscapes and take photos.
