Walk above the dramatic cliffs of Vikos Gorge, follow forgotten stone paths through Zagori, and enter mountain villages where tradition still shapes everyday life. Cross arched bridges hidden in forests, descend the legendary Vradeto Steps, and discover a side of Greece far from the ordinary.

Travel through the stone-built villages of Vradeto, Monodendri, Vitsa, and Tsepelovo, hiking between rivers, forests, and panoramic viewpoints. Meet local beekeepers and weavers, gather wild ingredients beside mountain streams, and learn traditional cooking techniques passed down through generations. Every trail reveals both the natural beauty and living culture of the region.

Stay in welcoming guesthouses, share homemade meals under ancient plane trees, and explore at a relaxed, immersive pace. Designed for curious travelers seeking meaningful experiences, this tour combines moderate hiking, authentic local encounters, and the quiet comfort of Zagori’s mountain hospitality.

Hi, I’m Kostas. I grew up exploring the mountains of Greece, and over time this became a lifelong passion that has taken me to mountain regions around the world. Today, I design and run multi-day hiking and biking tours across some of the most beautiful and lesser-known areas of Greece, especially in the Pindus Mountains and Zagori. My goal is simple: to offer more than just a route. I want each journey to reflect my personal approach to hiking and biking — moving at a natural pace, connecting with the landscape, and experiencing the culture along the way. From cobbled paths and stone bridges to local food and everyday life in the villages, every detail is part of the experience. Whether you join a guided group or travel at your own pace, I’m always behind the scenes (and often on the trail) making sure everything feels smooth, authentic, and well taken care of. Looking forward to welcoming you on the trail. — Kostas

Day 1
Entering Greece Through Thessaloniki’s Living Streets

Step into Greece as you arrive at Thessaloniki Airport and transfer into the living rhythm of the city. Settle into your hotel and take a moment to absorb the first impressions — sea air, warm light, and the quiet sense of history everywhere around you.

Head out for a relaxed walk through Thessaloniki, letting the city introduce itself naturally. Stroll along the waterfront, pass buzzing cafés, and feel how everyday life blends with ancient streets and timeless atmosphere.

In the afternoon, follow your guide into the historic center of Thessaloniki, where Roman, Byzantine, and Ottoman layers come alive. Explore hidden corners and open squares as stories unfold through stone and architecture.

Gather in a local taverna for your welcome dinner, slow down, and share your first meal together. Taste traditional dishes and local wine as Greece welcomes you properly.
