I really believe I am lucky for being born and living in this attractive country, Albania. Passionate about the wild nature, fascinating history, and mindblowing traditions and local rules, I would be happy to welcome you to Albania and share all this beauty with you and show you around. In the 7 last year I have been exploring my country and working as a tour guide, hotel manager and welcoming service. From all my little experience so far have understood that tourism and promoting my country is something I love and enjoy so I believe I would never get tired of this. Despite my job position, I can not promise you will find me always in the office. I really enjoy guiding and highly participate in Hiking Guides around the Albanian Alps or Peaks of Balkans. Also, we travel quite a lot in cultural sites of Albania and UNESCO sites, so there is a good chance of seeing each other inside a museum, or somewhere in the evening for a Raki! Gezuar! 🙂

Route details

Start your journey in Tirana, Albania’s vibrant capital. Take a walking tour to discover the city’s history, colorful streets, and lively squares. Visit BUNK’ART 1, the fascinating video museum inside the atomic bunker of dictator Enver Hoxha, exploring Albania’s communist past and daily life during the regime.

Next, drive about an hour to Kruja. Stroll through the Traditional Bazaar, a lively mosaic of colors, handicrafts, and warm hospitality. Stop at a local family bar to experience traditional Albanian life and enjoy a short break.

Continue uphill to the Castle of Kruja, the stronghold of Albanian resistance during the Ottoman invasion. Explore the Skanderbeg Museum, Bektashi Tekke, and Turkish Hamam, learning about the Albanian national hero and the castle’s centuries-long history.

Return to Tirana for an overnight stay near the city center, giving you the chance to enjoy the city’s nightlife on your own.

In case of booking cancellation the next policy applies. Tourists will receive a full amount they paid for the reservation in case they cancel more than 35 days in advance of the tour start date. In the event of cancellation within the period of 34 to 16 days before the tour start date - they are entitled to receive 50% of the booking amount. Cancelations made within 15 days before the tour starts will not be entitled to a refund.
